You can own your patio home at Rolling Green Village with our fee simple purchase plan and maintain the benefits of homeownership and equity. And – if and when you sell, the equity is yours to keep. We recommend working with a real estate agent so that together, we can get you the home you want with the added benefit of access to our community amenities, provided you are approved for independent living.

Convenient Access to the Entire Community
