A Legacy of Giving From the Very Beginning
Help Us Make a Positive Impact in Community Living
When Hoke and Mildred Smith donated the land Rolling Green Village now sits on, their intent was to establish the spirit of giving for generations to come. We believe in the power of community, and that paying it forward is simply the Rolling Green way. Residents help residents; Greenville community members give back.
Fundraising Efforts
As a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), we’ve been able to fundraise for the greater good of our community and the local Greenville area. Past donations have allowed us to expand our community living spaces and service offerings, as well as directly benefit specific initiatives such as Rolling Green Village’s fun, on-site dog park. We’d love to continue to grow to meet the ever-changing needs and preferences of residents so that health and happiness remain everyday staples of our lifestyle.
Current Needs
Today, we are raising funds for a new community prayer chapel, handicapped dock, labyrinth with meditation gardens, amphitheater, hiking trails, greenhouse, and solarium, as well as building a scholarship fund for staff members looking to advance their careers in nursing, culinary arts, and other key roles in senior living. Giving feels good, and it feels even better when you’re positively influencing a resident in need of financial support. Know that your donation, whether it’s a small dollar amount or an entire home (yes, it has happened before!), will make a long-lasting impression on the recipient, their families, and our community as a whole.
