On August 26 at Rolling Green Village, independent living residents, guests, the architect, contractor, developer and management teams celebrated the completion of the largest expansion in the community’s history. This $39.5 million redevelopment and expansion includes new independent living apartment homes, single-family cottages, and an expansive new commons building that has become the centerpiece of this senior living community.
This monumental project would have been challenging under normal circumstances. But despite the pandemic and its impact on safety and supply chains, the expansion team took every hurdle in stride. Their foresight, skill, experience, patience and can-do attitude brought this grand vision to life. And as Cynthia Bremer remarked before she and her husband, Carl, moved into a new cottage, “This is going to be perfect.”
